Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) policy

Nobli maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation.

I. Introduction & Zero-Tolerance Policy

Nobli maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We strictly prohibit the creation, upload, storage, sharing, or distribution of any content that depicts, promotes, facilitates, or involves the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors. This prohibition applies regardless of intent, context, or format.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate action, including content removal, account termination, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

II. Definition of CSAE Content

For the purposes of this policy, CSAE includes but is not limited to:

  • Any sexual content involving a minor (under 18 years of age).
  • Visual depictions (photos, videos, illustrations, animations, AI-generated content) of sexual acts involving minors.
  • Sexualized images of minors, including partial or implied nudity.
  • Content that depicts grooming, coercion, or sexual exploitation of minors.
  • Text, audio, or video that describes or encourages sexual acts with minors.
  • Links to external CSAE material or instructions on how to obtain such material.

No artistic, documentary, historical, or “personal archive” justification is accepted.

A. Applicability

  • Public content (including Echoes).
  • Text, audio, video, images, documents, and metadata.
  • User profiles, comments, and any user-generated material.

III. Detection and Enforcement

Nobli uses a combination of measures to detect and prevent CSAE content, including:

  • User reporting mechanisms.
  • Manual content review and moderation.
  • Automated detection tools where applicable.
  • Proactive monitoring of public content.

All reports of suspected CSAE content are treated as high priority and reviewed without delay.

B. Enforcement Actions

Upon identification or credible suspicion of CSAE content, Nobli will take immediate action, which may include:

1. Immediate Removal and Termination

Permanent removal of the offending content and immediate suspension or termination of the associated account(s). There is no appeal process for CSAE-related enforcement actions.

2. Legal Reporting

Preservation of relevant data for legal purposes and reporting to relevant national and international authorities, including child protection organizations and law enforcement agencies (such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children – NCMEC, where applicable).

IV. Reporting and Cooperation
